We recommend starting with sending images to hello@blacksheepauctions.com however if you would like you can go book in for a time at one of our intake days via the booking form. Please note intake days are limited based on availability, should a time not suit you please reach out and we can attempt to organise something outside of intake days.

All items will be unpacked and assessed by a specialist before final acceptance is confirmed. Only items that have been reviewed and approved in advance may be consigned for auction.
Any items delivered to the auction house without prior written approval and that have not been sighted by our specialists may be declined and donated to charity. Additional charges may apply if packing, handling, or transport is required to remove unapproved items.

Before you contact us please consider the below list of items we do not intake:
- Damaged items – we do not accept items with chips, cracks or in need of repair.
- No modern furniture, damaged antique furniture or old furniture in poor condition.
- No poor-quality costume jewellery, watches or accessories.
- EPNS (Electroplated Silver) items unless they are large, standalone pieces in excellent condition.
- Moulded/Pressed glass, small glass or crystal pieces, incomplete glassessets, sherry or port glasses, dessert sets or small vases.
- Modern porcelain unless of exceptional quality or decorative interest.
- Modern “Collectors’ Edition” display plates or partial dinner services, dinner or cake plates or mixed porcelain of low value.
- Modern pewter items or pewter in poor condition.
- Non-original reproductions artworks, print reproductions or photography.
- No porcelain items marked “made in china”.
- Books unless collectable or leather bound in fine condition.
- Low value bulk lots – Our intention is for each lot entered into the auction to achieve an estimated value of $100 or above and will bundle items, at our discretion, with this in mind.
